Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
How do I know if tickets are personalised and my name has to be on them?
Tixgigs monitors the personalisation status for each event.
If, during checkout, we ask you to enter the names of all attendees, this means the event requires personalised tickets and the data must match the visitors' ID documents. For such events, all attendees must bring valid ID to confirm their identity. If we do not request the names of all attendees, the event does not require strict indication of names on the tickets.
What should I do if I did not receive the confirmation e-mail or entered my e-mail address incorrectly?

When will I receive my tickets?
The delivery time for tickets depends on the ticket format and the organiser's conditions.
Standard ticket delivery is carried out within 21 calendar days after purchase, but in some cases, by decision of Tixgigs or the organiser, tickets may be sent closer to the event date - up to the day before the event. One example: the organiser issues or activates tickets only a few days before the concert.
We track all orders and guarantee that tickets will be delivered before the start of the event. You do not need to contact us additionally: we will send the tickets using the delivery method you selected during checkout (e-ticket, mobile ticket, postal delivery, etc.).
Can I cancel or change my tickets?
Since Tixgigs is a secondary ticket marketplace where fans can buy and sell their tickets, we cannot cancel or change orders. Before payment, you are required to read all terms and conditions of purchase. By proceeding, you confirm that you agree to comply with all terms and agreements in full. After payment, your order is completed and cancellation is no longer possible.
If you cannot or do not want to use your tickets, we recommend reselling them so that someone else has the chance to attend the event.
There is someone else's name on my ticket - is this normal?
Yes. Since most tickets on Tixgigs are resold tickets, they often already show the name of the original buyer. This is normal and will not cause a problem at the entrance.
Please note that where ticket personalisation is used (a personalised ticket for each visitor), you will have the option during checkout to enter the names of all visitors for whom you are placing the order.
I found cheaper tickets and want to cancel my order
Because Tixgigs is an online platform where live-event fans can buy and sell tickets, we cannot cancel orders.
If you no longer need your tickets, you can resell them on any secondary ticket platform.
The face value of the ticket is not equal to the price I paid
My ticket contains additional information
Information about the tickets is shown in the listing, in your confirmation e-mail and on the tickets themselves.
These details are set by the venue and may vary depending on age restrictions and the venue's layout. Possible information:
No view - The stage cannot be seen from your seat.
Side view - Your seat is located on one side of the venue and you will not have a front view of the event.
Possible obstructions - Your seat may not offer a full view of the event. Note: the venue decides what counts as an obstruction.
Restricted or obstructed view - You will not have a full view of the event.
Restricted view - Your seat has a limited view of the event.
Behind the stage - Your seat is located behind the stage and you will not be able to watch the event from the front.
Restricted side view - Your seat is on one side of the venue and you will not have a full view of the event.
Rear stage / rear view - Your seat is behind the stage.
Standing only - There are no seats in these sections.
Age restrictions
Age restrictions usually include: under 21, 21+ and seniors (65+). To verify age, you may be required to present ID at the event.
Children - Always check the event website for information about ticket requirements for small children.
